Chen: “But jobs would be in areas short of labor - so no inflation. The wage could be fixed at a relatively low rate - the point isn’t to make millionaires, the point is to provide dignity. The program would ramp down when few jobs are needed and ramp up during a downturn.”

Guang: “Where did Kyle go in such a hurry? I think you blew his mind.”
