I could be wrong, but I read the article to say that it doesn't matter at all what policies "we" vote for - only what the elite 10% want. And apparently that has been true for at least the last 20 years - so there won't be "better luck next time."

I would say trump try’s to implement what he see as policies far more than other leaders
But i do agree that once we vote many reasons exist for the average voter to be disapointed.... this has been a common theme thro history....
